We are now taking applications for Senior / Experienced Senior (4-5 years), and Finance Manager(5-8 years) roles in our Finance team.

Requirements:

• A degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering (Management or Industrial Engineering)
• 4-8 years of experience preferably in Valuation, Financial Modelling, Transaction Advisory, or Deal Advisory,
• Past Big4 experience is preferred
• Advanced skill set in using MS Office applications.

Job Description:

• Participate in a broad range of corporate finance projects ranging from fundraising, and M&A to IPO.
• Assist in the demonstration of marketing/investor materials.
• Analyze financial statement projections, create financial models, and run sensitivities.
• Manage due diligence process along with coordination of a variety of third parties involved in a prospective transaction.
• Conduct market/industry research.
